Job summary

MCR Property Group in Glasgow is seeking a Site Manager to lead a 290-unit PBSA conversion project in the city centre. You will work with Project Managers to ensure delivery on time, to budget and to the Group’s quality standards.

We require a minimum of 3 years site management on city centre developments, a contracting background, PBSA/apartment experience, and a valid SMSTS and CSCS card. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are essential. Salary circa £45-60k DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years site management experience on city-centre projects.
• Contracting background with PBSA/apartment experience.
• Refurbishment experience preferred (office to PBSA).
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with overall project management to deliver on time and on budget.
• Take full control of onsite site management and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date site files and audits.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with SMSTS and CSCS.
• Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to meet programme.
