Job summary

GCS Associates is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join the Glasgow (G41) branch. You will deliver to customers in the construction supply sector and support yard/warehouse operations while maintaining safety and service standards.

Full training is provided. You must hold a Class 2 (Category C) LGV licence and a Driver Qualification Card (DQC). We value teamwork, a positive attitude, reliability and enthusiasm, plus ease in talking to many different people.

Qualifications

• Class 2 LGV licence (Category C) required.
• Driver Qualification Card (DQC) required.

Responsibilities

• Providing an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service.
• Covering for holidays/absences at other branches as needed.
• Carrying out routine vehicle checks and ensuring safety of self and vehicle.
• Keeping the yard tidy and well organised; working in the yard and warehouse.
