Barnsley Football Club is looking for coaches to support the holistic development of female players aged 7 to 16 in the Youth Development Female Pathway. Coaches will be expected to implement a training syllabus, ensure quality coaching, and assist with fixtures and talent identification sessions.
The ideal candidates will possess a FA Level 1 coaching badge (or be working towards it) and have strong communication, organisational skills, and experience working in football environments. Evening hours required.
Various evening hours from 4:30pm to 8:30pm (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays)
To coach and support female players holistic development aged between 7-16, within our Youth Development Female Pathway, which could include the U8s Centre, Girls Development Centres, Girls Elite Centres and Girls Emerging Talent Centres.
To follow, implement and/or adapt a 30‑week training syllabus as set by the Girl's Programme Manager.
