Job summary

Cambridge United FC is seeking a part-time coach to work within our Gifted & Talented Outfield Boys Development Centres (RDC). This role suits someone with a passion for coaching football and the desire to contribute within a professional club.

You will complete reports detailing technical, tactical, physical and psychological performance, assist with development fixtures during school holidays, log attendance records for each session, and attend CPD events to continuously enhance your

Qualifications

  • FA Level 1 coaching badge was required.
  • Introduction to First Aid qualification.
  • Experienced in talent identification.
  • Experience delivering customer services in football environments.
  • IT skills including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with players and parents in football environments.
  • Experience leading/managing an area or people or teams.
  • Understanding of how elite players are developed.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role is a part-time position to coach within our gifted & talented Outfield Boys Development Centres (RDC). This is a great opportunity for those who have experience and a passion for coaching within football and would like to be involved within a professional club.

Key Job Outcomes
  • To complete reports which will provide players with feedback on their technical, tactical, physical and psychological performance.
  • To assist with developmental fixtures which normally take place within the school holiday periods.
  • To complete and log accurate player attendance records to each session.
  • To attend CPD events in order to continually develop you own personal skills and knowledge alongside utilising and implementing these skills to improve the quality of GDC delivery.
