Job summary

Teaching Personnel are supporting a welcoming secondary school in Poulton-le-Fylde with a maternity cover for a German teacher from January. The role also involves a small amount of French.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with experience teaching German at secondary level, strong classroom management, and the ability to plan engaging, well-structured lessons and inspire pupils across Modern Foreign Languages.

German Teacher – Maternity Cover

Location: Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire (FY6)
Start Date: January
Contract: Maternity Cover
Subject: German, with a small amount of French
Setting: Secondary School

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher specialising in German to join a welcoming secondary school in Poulton-le-Fylde from January on a maternity cover basis.

The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging German lessons, alongside a small amount of French, helping pupils develop their confidence, language skills and enthusiasm for Modern Foreign Languages.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching German at secondary level
