We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher specialising in German to join a welcoming secondary school in Poulton-le-Fylde from January on a maternity cover basis.

The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging German lessons, alongside a small amount of French, helping pupils develop their confidence, language skills and enthusiasm for Modern Foreign Languages.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching German at secondary level
• Be comfortable delivering a small amount of French
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be able to plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
• Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Be committed to supporting pupils of varying abilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MFL Teacher or a strong ECT looking to join a supportive secondary school for a maternity cover assignment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
