BlueCat is seeking a Sales Development Representative (German-speaking) to drive pipeline in the DACH region from a UK remote base. You will engage prospects in German and English, run outbound outreach, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and business-fluent English.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new pipeline across the DACH territory (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Engage inbound leads and run outbound outreach with strategic fit.
• Lead discovery conversations in German and English with technical leaders and executives.
• Document discovery insights and next steps in the CRM and hand off to Account Executives.
