Lightspeed is seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to join our Belfast team. You’ll build lasting relationships with Lightspeed accounts, introduce them to Lightspeed’s product suite, and ensure they achieve their goals through strategic solutioning.

You will drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software, manage renewals and upsells, and deliver compelling product demos. Fluency in German and SaaS sales experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language essential.
• Proven success in quota‑carrying SaaS or technology sales.
• Ability to identify client challenges and tailor value.
• Build trust and credibility with executive stakeholders.
• Understand complex business models and align solutions.
• Proficient in Salesforce and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions for clients.
• Serve as primary contact, build trusted, long‑term partnerships and support success.
• Guide account growth and upsell to advanced Lightspeed solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demos and ensure customer adoption.
• Monitor account performance: MRR, NRR, health, engagement.
• Negotiate and close agreements while achieving renewals and growth.
