Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce in Belfast is seeking a French-speaking Account Manager to build lasting client relationships and promote Lightspeed’s suite of products and integrations. You will drive adoption, guide growth, and create new revenue opportunities for a growing portfolio of customers.

In this role, you will manage executive-level stakeholders, deliver compelling demos, and ensure customers maximise the value of Lightspeed’s POS solutions. Fluency in French is a must for success in this market.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating with executive-level clients.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales.
• Skilled at identifying client challenges, tailoring solutions, and delivering long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions for POS products, modules and integrations.
• Serve as primary contact, building trusted, long-term partnerships and supporting client success.
• Guide account growth and upgrades to advanced solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
• Create revenue opportunities through upsells, cross-sells and expansions.
• Deliver product demos and drive adoption to ensure full tool usage.
• Monitor account performance using metrics like MRR, NRR, health and engagement.
• Proactively manage churn and satisfaction, identifying trends and resolving issues.
• Negotiate and close agreements achieving renewal, retention and growth targets.
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and grow MRR.
