Job summary

DMS, a London-based post production and creative services agency, seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee a key client account and ensure top-tier service and timely delivery.

You will coordinate with client teams and internal production teams, manage briefs, localization, and delivery milestones, and maintain strong relationships while ensuring quality and growth across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-production operations delivering high-level client service.
• Track record of serving major clients with quality output.
• German native speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a key client account on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with customer service, production and trafficking teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Take creative and finishing briefing meetings with the client.
• Ensure high level of client service and client engagement at all times.
• Oversee localisation across editing, motion graphics, subtitling and delivery.
• Maintain output quality and adherence to final delivery standards.
