Office Angels UK is seeking a German-speaking Management Accountant to join the finance team in a hybrid role in Guildford, Surrey. You will manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Fluency in German and English is essential. Proficiency with Zoho, DATEV, and Excel, plus strong analytical skills, will help drive cost control and profitability analysis across the business.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is essential for effective communication within the team and with international stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial management principles, including accounts payable, financial accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• Accounting qualifications are desirable but not essential if relevant experience is demonstrated.
• Experience working with various accounting platforms and integrating them into daily operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets in both English and German to support business objectives.
• Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Utilise Zoho, DATEV Accounting Software, and Excel to record, reconcile, and monitor financial transactions.
• Oversee financial accounting activities, including ledger management, month-end closing, and compliance with local regulations.
• Support financial management initiatives by providing insights on cost control, profitability analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
