Ten Lifestyle Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to design tailor-made journeys for our premium clients, blending travel expertise with a passion for luxury service. You will be the trusted contact for clients worldwide, managing inquiries, quotes, reservations, and bespoke itineraries.

The role requires fluent German and English (CEFR C2), several years in travel, and GDS knowledge (Amadeus).

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken, CEFR C2).
• Several years’ experience in travel, tour operator or travel agency.
• GDS knowledge (Amadeus preferred).
• Strong destination knowledge across key global regions.

Responsibilities

• Advise premium clients by phone and email in German and English.
• Handle inquiries from quotes to billing for individual trips.
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
• Create tailored offers, travel documents, and itineraries.
• Advise on and facilitate unique travel experiences.
• Sell exclusive promotions and offers.
