Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group in the United Kingdom seeks a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to cater to a sophisticated premium clientele. You will design tailor-made journeys, advise clients via phone and email in German and English, and coordinate reservations with airlines, hotels and agencies.

You’ll create detailed itineraries and travel documents, while promoting exclusive offers. Candidates should have several years in travel, strong GDS (Amadeus) skills, and a deep passion for luxury

Qualifications

Fluent in German and English with C2 level written and spoken skills.
Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, tour operator or agency.
GDS knowledge with Amadeus preferred.
Excellent destination knowledge across global regions.

Responsibilities

Advise premium cardholders by phone and email in German and English.
Handle inquiries from quote to billing for individual trips.
Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
Create tailored offers, travel documents, and itineraries.
Advise and facilitate unique travel experiences.
Sell promotions and exclusive offers.
