SFR Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established UK organisation to recruit a German-speaking Internal Sales & Account Developer for an office-based role in the UK.

You will deliver excellent customer service, provide technical advice and drive sales across new and existing accounts, working in a collaborative sales team. Fluency in German is essential and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent German is essential.
• Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Proactive, team-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Provide technical advice, pricing and solutions to customers.
• Follow up quotations and progress opportunities through to close.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Proactively contact clients to identify new opportunities and projects.
• Support both new business development and account growth.
