Job summary

Brampton Recruitment Ltd in Congleton is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Executive to grow our European markets. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships and support onboarding of new customers, with occasional travel to trade shows.

The role requires B2B sales or account management experience, fluency in English and German, strong CRM discipline, and excellent communication and organisational skills to foster long-term partnerships with European

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred.
Fluency in English and German is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
Willingness and flexibility to travel across European markets for client meetings and events.
Ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
Good organisational skills and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow a European client database.
Identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, digital networking, industry trade shows and events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with European distributors and clients.
Deliver sales growth in the target markets.
Prepare tailored presentations to onboard new customers.
Collaborate with the European Business Development Manager, EU sales team and marketing.
Maintain CRM records relating to leads, meetings and sales performance.
Travel across European markets for client meetings and industry events as required.
