Job summary

Brampton Recruitment Ltd is seeking a German Speaking Business Development Executive to support growth across European markets. You will identify new commercial opportunities, develop prospective client relationships and contribute to developing the target market.

As part of the team, you will travel across Europe for client meetings and industry events, attend trade shows, and collaborate with the EU sales team and marketing.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or account management experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Willingness to travel across European markets for client meetings and industry events.
• Good organisational skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Develop European client database.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, digital networking, industry trade shows and events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with European distributors and clients.
• Deliver sales growth in the target markets.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to onboard new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records relating to leads, meetings and sales performance.
• Travel across European markets for client meetings and industry events as required.
