Overview

Job Title- German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location- Leicester

Salary- £24,000-£27,000

Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 9:00am - 7:00pm (to include 9:00am - 5:00pm, 10:00am - 6:00pm, and 11:00am - 7:00pm)

What You Will Do
  • Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, and deliver a memorable experience every time, showcasing the very highest customer service skills.
  • You'll handle orders, delivery enquiries, refund queries, and much more, across multiple markets including the UK, US, and Europe.
  • Solve customer issues quickly and smoothly, keeping things on track with our SLAs for top-notch quality, first-contact resolution, and productivity - all while delivering an awesome experience.
  • A top-notch knowledge of our products and the confidence to guide customers toward their next big purchase with ease.
