Job summary

NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking staff to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering a range of personal care and clinical tasks under the supervision of aRegistered Nurse. You will provide care in partnership with the nurse and support recovery-focused interventions.

You will work with older people with mental health problems, training will be provided, and you will collaborate with multi-agency services to ensure safe and respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Carry out personal care and clinical tasks under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care and evidence-based interventions.
• Promote collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and across services.
• Engage in training to develop skills and competencies as required.
