GEOTECHNICAL/GEO-ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER: excellent opportunity at a successful and established SME Geo-Environmental Consultancy. This role is based in Coventry.

Overview

Our client is a well-established Geo-environmental and Geotechnical company providing a full range of services nationwide, including contaminated land assessment and remediation, ground and site investigation, and landfill monitoring and permitting.
They are seeking a talented and motivated Geotechnical/Geo-environmental Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality geotechnical and geo-environmental services to clients.
You will be joining a busy, family-feel company who work primarily with small to medium house builders, quarry operators, industrial/commercial businesses on high-end residential, canals, and earthwork projects amongst a variety of others.
Key Responsibilities
    Conduct/supervise site investigations and assessments.
    Analyse soil, rock, groundwater, and other site conditions.
    Prepare technical reports and documentation.
    Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering solutions.
    Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
    Provide technical support during construction phases.
    Monitoring
Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
    Minimum of 2 years’ relevant background in geotechnical or geo-environmental engineering.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
