Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join a multidisciplinary consultancy's growing team in Coventry. You'll contribute to ground investigation and geotechnical projects across residential, commercial, infrastructure and development sectors, with a mix of fieldwork and office-based duties.

You'll support site investigation, data collection, technical analysis and reporting, helping deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in geotechnical engineering consultancy environments.
• Knowledge of ground investigation techniques and methodologies.
• Degree qualified in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, Geology, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of geotechnical standards, regulations and industry best practice.
• Strong report writing and technical communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to project delivery.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to fieldwork and office-based activities across sites and projects.
• Support site investigation and data collection for multiple projects.
• Perform technical analysis and contribute to reporting deliverables.
• Assist in project delivery and client communications.
• Work on a varied portfolio of geotechnical assignments across the UK.
