Job summary

BWB Consulting is seeking a geotechnical professional to lead technical input across a growing portfolio of UK and international projects. You will deliver geotechnical solutions from concept through construction, building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and contractors.

The role emphasizes hands-on site involvement, desk studies, ground investigations, reporting, and collaboration across the project lifecycle. A chartership path is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in geotechnical discipline
• 2+ years' consultancy experience and Chartership progression
• Experience supervising ground investigations
• Knowledge of UK design codes (EC7) and geotechnical design practice
• Strong communication and MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Lead technical input across geotechnical projects in the UK and internationally
• Deliver high-quality geotechnical solutions from concept to construction
• Build relationships with clients, colleagues and contractors
