Job summary

First People Solutions is working with a multidisciplinary consulting engineer to recruit a Geotechnical Engineer to join its growing Manchester team. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from ground investigations and concept design through to construction support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a design engineering environment, a relevant degree (Civil/Geotechnical/Engineering Geology), site experience, a UK driving licence and the ability to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a design engineering environment.
• Experience in geotechnical design; including foundations, retaining structures and earthworks.
• Knowledge of Eurocode 7, British Standards and CDM regulations.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Able to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Working across a diverse range of infrastructure and building projects, you'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from ground investigations and concept design through to construction support.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience working within a design engineering environment
