Job summary

K10 Apprenticeships Limited is offering a Geospatial Survey Technician apprenticeship at Heathrow. The role combines office work with site visits to support surveying projects related to infrastructure and development around the airport.

You will learn to apply GNSS, GIS, Total Stations and drones, while producing maps, models and outputs for ongoing projects. Training spans 24 months plus EPA, with college time included.

Qualifications

• GCSE English, Maths and Science at grade 4/5 or above.
• On-site or construction-experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites and training days.

Responsibilities

• Carry out geospatial and land surveys on various sites.
• Use GNSS, GIS, Total Stations, 3D laser scanners and drones.
• Produce 2D plans, elevations, 3D models and survey outputs.
• Follow health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
