Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Geospatial Technical Specialist to advance GPR processing standards across national utility operations. You will drive IDS IQmaps processing, QA protocols and mentor surveyors on major infrastructure projects.

The role offers hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the Leicester office, up to 2 days remote), with up to 20% UK field travel and a clear path to technical leadership.

Qualifications

Proven competency in utility surveying methodologies and subsurface mapping.
Experience with post-processing and interpretation of multi-channel GPR data.
Ability to lead QA sign-offs on utility survey deliverables.

Responsibilities

Undertake advanced post-processing and 3D interpretation of multi-channel GPR data using IDS IQmaps.
Execute QA sign-offs on utility survey drawings, models and deliverables prior to issue.
Provide technical coaching and field-to-office training for surveyors.
Lead software trials, workflows and procedures on IDS GPR/IDS SRS systems.
Collaborate with sales/ops to scope technical surveys and assist with quotations.
