Job summary

Centara Ltd, based in Normanton, West Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Utility Surveyor to join the expanding survey team. The role requires attending sites across the country, so a full clean driving licence is essential.

You will work on utility mapping projects using GPR and electromagnetic detection, with responsibilities spanning site work, processing, and client liaison. The ideal candidate has strong GPR/EML experience, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility mapping surveys using GPR and electromagnetic detection.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and adhere to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site work using GPR and EML techniques for on-site service clearance.
• Process and draft utility mapping projects to PAS128 standards.
• Manage ongoing projects and coordinate with clients and internal site investigation teams.
