Searchability is recruiting on behalf of an innovative technology business operating within the data intelligence and environmental analytics space. You will work alongside data scientists, engineering and analysts, ensuring critical datasets are reliable, scalable and readily available for analysis and customer-facing products.

This role focuses on building robust production pipelines for remote sensing and weather datasets, with strong emphasis on Python geospatial tooling and cloud

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related field.
• Strong Python programming and geospatial data experience.
• Experience building robust production data pipelines and using cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production pipelines for remote sensing, weather and environmental datasets.
• Analyze satellite, weather and geospatial data to identify valuable new data sources.
• Ensure reliable and timely delivery of large-scale geospatial datasets.
• Promote engineering best practices and provide technical guidance across the business.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary data and analytical teams.
