Job summary
Arup is seeking an experienced Geospatial Analyst to support geospatial analysis, visualisation and information management across infrastructure, energy, cities and environmental markets. You will develop spatial models, manage spatial datasets and deliver data-driven insights for clients.
You will join a collaborative team of 50+ geospatial professionals, with clear career pathways and mentoring. Experience with ArcGIS Pro, QGIS and Python is desirable, along with translating complex spatial
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Geography or Environmental Science; or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical experience with geospatial apps (ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, ArcGIS Online/Enterprise).
- Ability to develop spatial models and manage datasets; produce clear visualisations with tools like Esri Experience Builder and Power BI.
- Translate business needs into maps and spatial insights; communicate to varied audiences.
- Strong time, task and project management with collaborative mindset; curious about new geospatial tech.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality geospatial analysis to support project decisions.
- Develop spatial models and visualisations to enable data-driven insights.
- Manage and integrate spatial datasets with wider project data.
- Advise multidisciplinary teams on effective use of geospatial information.
