RUSSELL GROUP UNIVERSITY GEOGRAPHY GRADUATES REQUIRED

Location: Enfield

Are you a Russell Group University GEOGRAPHY Graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? Prospero Teaching is working with a range of secondary schools in Enfield that can help prepare you for teacher training. We are seeking GEOGRAPHY Graduates to support secondary school students across various subjects. If you are available for a long-term role and can commit for the entire academic year, we would love to hear from you.

Position: Russell Group University GEOGRAPHY Graduate Teaching Assistant
Type of work: Graduate Teaching Assistant (No prior education experience required)
Start date: ASAP
Contract type: Temporary with potential to become permanent
Full-time/Part-time: FULL-TIME
Minimum rate of pay: GBP100 per day
Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

GEOGRAPHY GRADUATE DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

1. Supporting students of all abilities, including those with EAL and SEN
2. Leading intervention sessions and booster groups for students in need of extra support
3. Assisting with extracurricular activities

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideally, you will have graduated from a Russell Group university with a degree in ANY subject. No previous education experience is required. Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (desirable but not essential) available for free here: Prospero Teaching Safeguarding Training.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:

1. Have the Right to Work in the UK
2. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply for one)
3. Provide two professional references
