Teach South is recruiting a Geography Teacher for a full-time maternity cover role in Wadhurst, East Sussex, commencing January 2027. This temporary contract suits a qualified teacher delivering Key Stages 3 and 4, planning well-structured lessons, assessing progress, and supporting pupils of all abilities. Strong classroom management, subject knowledge, and commitment to raising attainment are essential. The successful candidate joins a supportive humanities department within a well-regarded secondary school.

Pay ranges from £32,000 to £51,000 annually, according to experience on the MPS1 to UPS3 scale. The position runs for the duration of the maternity leave.
