Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is assisting a mainstream secondary school in Stafford to recruit a Geography Teacher. You will be based in Stafford, delivering Geography across KS3/KS4 with full-time, temporary placement starting ASAP (28th September commitment).

You will plan engaging lessons and uphold high expectations for learning and behaviour. The role requires QTS with Geography, experience across KS3/KS4, and a strong passion for student progress.

Qualifications

• QTS with Geography specialism; ECTs welcome.
• Experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong knowledge of secondary Geography curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive and adaptable teaching approach.

Job Title: Geography Teacher

Salary: £142 - £195 per day

Can you deliver engaging Geography lessons that inspire and challenge secondary school students?

Do you have strong classroom management and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Stafford who are looking to appoint a Geography Teacher. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher who can engage pupils and contribute positively to the wider school environment.

The school is looking to take on a Geography Teacher from Monday 28th September for the remainder of the Autumn term on a full-time, temporary basis. The successful Geography Teacher will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, planning and delivering engaging lessons while maintaining high expectations for learning, behaviour and progress.

The successful Geography Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Geography specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
• Strong knowledge of the secondary Geography curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
