Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is assisting a Northampton secondary school in finding a Geography Teacher for a September 2026 start. The role is full-time with permanent or long-term contracts depending on experience, offering MPS/UPS salary depending on progression.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualified teacher with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) and a Geography specialism.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a confident, positive classroom presence.
  • An innovative and reflective approach to teaching and learning.
