As a Secondary Geography Teacher on supply, you will;
Be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and inclusive Geography lessonsHave a strong understanding of the Geography National CurriculumDeliver a range of geographical topics and concepts across KS3 and KS4Develop students' understanding of physical and human geographyEncourage students to develop their geographical skills, including map reading, data analysis and fieldworkUse a range of teaching strategies to support pupils with diverse learning needs and abilitiesEncourage students to understand geographical issues and apply their knowledge to real-world situationsAssess and monitor pupil progress, providing appropriate feedback and supportPrepare students effectively for GCSE examinations and other relevant assessmentsAbility to adapt to different teaching environments and school settings
