Are you a passionate geography educator ready to make a difference? Supply Desk is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging Lessons: Deliver creative, curriculum-aligned geography lessons that spark curiosity and critical thinking.
• Supporting Students: Guide academic and personal growth with tailored feedback, assessments, and individual support.
• Tracking Progress: Use assessments to monitor achievement and adapt your teaching to suit diverse learning needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues on cross-curricular initiatives that enrich the educational journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent), although unqualified teachers with experience are encouraged to apply.
• A deep understanding of geography and a knack for connecting classroom topics to real-world events.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills that foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Experience teaching KS3–KS5 geography is preferred, but ECTs are welcome!
• A willingness to get involved in extracurricular activities and field trips.
