The Education Network is recruiting a Geography Teacher for a Good Ofsted secondary school in Dudley to start September 2026 on a supply basis. You will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, supporting GCSE preparation and developing students’ analytical and enquiry skills while fostering a passion for global geography.

Qualifications

The Role

An Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Dudley is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their Humanities department from September 2026 on a supply basis.

The role involves teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ understanding of physical and human geography, environmental issues, sustainability, and global challenges. You will support pupils in preparing for GCSE Geography, encouraging analytical thinking, enquiry skills, and strong subject knowledge across mixed-ability groups.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold QTS or be an ECT
