Geography Teacher

Are you a Geography ECT looking for your first long term role, or an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge for March 2025?

Job Title: Geography Teacher
Salary: £175 - £250 Per Day
Location: ‘Good’ secondary school, Birmingham
Contract: Supply – March 2025
Highlight: Plan, deliver and mark all aspects of the Geography curriculum

The Role

As a Geography Teacher, you will be an integral part of the department and will work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential. You will be expected to teach across the key stages, including KS3 and KS4, and to contribute to the development of the Geography curriculum and the attainment levels of students. You may also be required to teach within the wider Humanities role, providing support to History and RS department.

The Candidate

The school is looking for an individual who is passionate about Geography and has the ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities. You will be an effective communicator and be able to establish positive relationships with both students and colleagues. You will be committed to your own professional development and participate in ongoing professional development.
