Teaching Personnel is proud to support a well-established secondary school in Ashford, Kent in recruiting a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with engaging and insightful Geography lessons.
You will be responsible for delivering inspiring Geography lessons, helping students understand physical and human geography, environmental issues, and global interconnections.
Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Encourage students to explore geographical concepts through enquiry and practical activities.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly in line with school and exam board expectations.
Contribute to curriculum development and extra-curricular opportunities within Geography.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) with UK QTS is essential.
Degree in Geography or a related subject.
Experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
