Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Ability to teach to GCSE standard.
• Ability to coach and motivate colleagues to achieve targets.
• Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
• Experience of innovation and creativity to engage and progress learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Geography faculty to improve standards and pupil outcomes.
• Develop a rigorous, engaging GCSE-ready geography curriculum.
• Coach and develop middle leaders and teaching staff to raise attainment.
