Job summary

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is helping a successful secondary school in Thurrock, with a dedicated Sixth Form, recruit a Geography Graduate as an Academic Mentor to support students across KS3, KS4 and possibly KS5.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions, work with teachers to raise attainment, and gain practical experience ahead of teacher training, with early finishes on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or higher Geography degree.
• Excellent communication with students.
• Passionate about education and supporting learners.
• Willing to gain teaching exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions.
