Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Thurrock is seeking a Geography Graduate to join as Academic Mentor, supporting students across KS3, KS4 and Sixth Form with targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions. You will work closely with teachers to raise attainment and build confidence in Geography.

This school-based role offers progression into teacher training and an opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting learners aiming for GCSE and A-Level outcomes.

Qualifications

• Holds a 2:1 or above degree in Geography.
• Strong Geography subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Keen to gain practical experience before teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group academic interventions.
• Support students across KS3 to KS5 and GCSE/A-Level learners.
