Job summary

Teach Now Limited is seeking an Early Career Teacher of Geography at an outstanding all-through school in Redbridge, starting 3 September 2026. The role offers a structured ECT induction, dedicated mentoring and strong CPD to develop confident classroom practice.

You'll deliver engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities, plan enquiries, and use assessment to monitor progress. The post is on a permanent contract in Outer London with an M1–M2 pay scale aligned to ECT pay

Qualifications

• QTS with Geography specialism.
• Ability to teach KS3 and KS4; KS5 opportunities may be available.
• Excellent communication and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities if available.
• Plan engaging lessons promoting enquiry, critical thinking and fieldwork.
• Use assessment to monitor progress and tailor support for learners.
• Contribute to department planning, meetings and enrichment activities.
