Job summary

Penguin Recruitment are seeking a Geo-Environmental Site Engineer to join an environmental engineering contractor with strong UK presence. Based in Glasgow, you will manage ground investigation projects, deliver technical assessments, and lead a small team on site.

You will have a degree in geology or environmental engineering, be commutable to Glasgow, hold a UK driving licence, and have the right to work in the UK. Salary£30,000-£35,000 with pension and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage ground investigation projects from start to finish.
• Carry out technical assessments, including desktop studies, surveys and site visits at times.
• Oversee team schedules.
• Write and review factual reports.
• Develop remediation strategies.
• Prepare proposals and tenders.
• Oversee commercial, technical and Health & Safety components of projects and staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Geo-Environmental Site Engineer to join an environmental engineering contractor with several offices across the UK, working on a variety of projects across the Central Belt.
