Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is partnered with an established multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy to appoint an experienced Geo-Environmental Engineer.

The candidate will work from the Leicestershire office, with Birmingham and Nottingham also considered, handling investigations, reporting and risk assessment across varied projects. Responsibilities include client liaison, technical reporting, project management and helping secure future opportunities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Geo-Environmental Engineering, Geology or related discipline.
• Experience in geo-environmental site investigation, risk assessment and reporting.
• Understanding of ground investigation techniques, soil properties and contamination.
• Membership of Geological Society, CIWEM or working towards membership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver geo-environmental site investigations, assessments and technical reports.
• Produce accurate calculations, reports and documentation.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including budgets and programmes.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, contractors and design teams.
• Attend site visits and supervise site works as required.
• Support business development and secure repeat opportunities.
• Manage project finances, WIP, invoicing and fee proposals.
• Maintain technical standards and procedures; ensure CDM 2015 compliance.
