Lucion Services Ltd. is seeking a proactive Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our London team.

You’ll work on a diverse range of development and regeneration projects, helping clients identify environmental risks and deliver practical, sustainable solutions. You’ll conduct Phase I/II site investigations, contamination assessments and prepare high-quality technical reports, collaborating with senior consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Geology or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in geo-environmental consultancy or contaminated land.
• Knowledge of UK environmental regulations and contaminated land guidance.
• Experience with site investigation techniques and data interpretation.
• Strong report writing and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.
• Assess soil and groundwater contamination and perform risk assessments.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulators to ensure compliance.
