The Genuine Dining Co. is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our Reading kitchen team. You’ll work alongside talented chefs to deliver high-quality staff dining and hospitality services in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform in fresh, seasonal menus and bring world cuisines to life with creative flair, while maintaining nutritional balance and quality. Monday to Friday shifts, full-time role with development and teamwork at its core.

We are seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef with strong experience in global/world cuisine to support our chef teams delivering high-quality staff dining and hospitality in London, Holborn.
