The Genuine Dining Co. is seeking a Barista/GA to join our front-of-house team. You will craft high-quality coffee, deliver outstanding service, and keep the coffee station welcoming and organized.

In a busy, friendly environment you will take orders, handle till payments, assist with food displays, and support teammates to ensure smooth service throughout your shift.

• Build strong relationships with regular and new customers alike.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.
• Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
• Set up the coffee station with all necessary supplies and equipment for a successful shift.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organized coffee station throughout the day.
• Support with orders of all coffee, cleaning and disposable supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Keep counters, displays and service areas clean, tidy and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy and inviting for customers at all times.
• Support fellow team members—teamwork is essential to our success.
• Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.
