Qualifications

• You've designed and executed a genetic/genomic data strategy at biobank or population-cohort scale.
• You've negotiated data access and commercial terms with academic, government, non-profit and industry partners.
• You understand GWAS and post-GWAS methods to assess dataset value.
• You're a credible strategic partner to engineering, legal, commercial and scientific leadership.
• You've led or contributed to multi-institutional collaborations or consortia.
• You hold a PhD or equivalent in a quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Scan landscape and translate findings into a prioritised roadmap for Data and Research Engineering teams.
• Own data sourcing and partnerships framework across tiers with biobanks and health data networks.
• Build the business case for data investments and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with external partners and the wider scientific community.
• Operationalise new data sources into the platform for consulting teams and Life Science partners.
