Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a degree-educated candidate to join the Cancer Triage Team at the Oxford Centre for Genomic Medicine. The role involves gathering family history information, risk assessments, and supporting clinical staff in genetic care; training will be provided.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Ability to work autonomously with confidence to make decisions.
• Ability to work with patients in a sensitive and empathetic manner.

Responsabilidades

• Telephone and email contact with patients to gather family history information.
• Locate reports and clinical information needed for genetic assessment.
• Quality reviewing family history diagrams.
• Run clinical risk assessments with guidance.
• Prepare and send consent forms for relatives to obtain relevant medical documents.
• Support senior clinicians with tumour testing.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to ensure best patient care.
