Oxford Centre for Genomic Medicine
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate degree educated individual (or equivalent experience) to join our Cancer Triage Team (a part of the Hereditary Cancer Service) based at Oxford Centre for Genomic Medicine. This is a clinical role ideal for someone with an interest in developing a career in clinical genetics, who has demonstrated public facing experience in a healthcare, care, or volunteer setting.
The post holder will work collegiate as part of an existing team of Team Lead - Genomic Nurse, Genomic Associates and Genomic Assistants, based in OxGEM, and will be responsible for collating family history information by questionnaire, phone and email, as well as runnning risk assessments with support, as part of patient's clinical care. Training will be provided.
