Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled professional to perform high throughput clinical genome sequencing and related assays.

The role includes troubleshooting validation, reviewing lab results, and developing operational procedures while monitoring KPIs and quality metrics. Responsibilities also cover regulatory due diligence, internal auditing support, and timely reporting to the laboratory director.

Qualifications

• Clinical genomics experience with high throughput sequencing.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory practices and quality systems.
• Experience in validation, testing and documentation in a regulated lab.
• Familiarity with ISO 15189 and UKAS is a plus.
• Able to write procedures and reports clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical test processes and evaluate results.
• Engage in continuous process improvements and implement new services as needed.
• Adhere to quality control guidelines to ensure specimen integrity and result accuracy.
• Ensure work complies with country regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Assist in maintaining ISO 15189 and other regulatory standards.
• Perform laboratory assays and participate in shift work as required.
