BT Group is seeking an experienced Security Systems Applications Manager to drive access control and CCTV projects using Genetec across the security estate. You will mobilise, design and implement enterprise security solutions in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and ensuring high availability of security services while migrating from legacy systems to Genetec.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of design, deployment and support of electronic security and access control systems.
• Strong understanding of IP-based security systems, networking and video surveillance technologies.
• Experience delivering physical security systems within large corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver system projects from requirements gathering to deployment within timescales and budgets.
• Engage with stakeholders to define scope and gather detailed requirements.
• Produce design artefacts, specifications and implementation documentation.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Genetec systems.
• Lead knowledge transfer and training to operational teams.
